Into the Depths
A downloadable game
Hello, here's my second game made on my own for a GameJam, the Ludum Dare 57, and on Unreal Engine 5. The aim was to reuse what I'd learned about Unreal blueprints, in a short project with simple gameplay mechanics, so that programming was within my reach, but done as cleanly as possible. As a result, I was able to reinforce my knowledge of casts and interfaces, as well as enemy ia.
Into the Depths is a single-player exploration game where you play a diver exploring the center of the Bermuda Triangle in search of an ancient treasure. But first, you'll need to recover the seven keys that lock the chest you're looking for, while keeping an eye on the aggressive sharks and other strange creatures lurking in the depths...
